What's happening with the new building?
We're on our way! The Narthex area is readied for cement with Education Wing in background.
Recent Developments At our worship services on March 9, we celebrated the progress made on the church site and the fact that the congregation is meeting and in some cases exceeding their pledges to the new church building as we come to the end of the second year of our three year fund-raising campaign. But most importantly, we thanked God and witnessed to how the Spirit of God has been and is today already very much alive and well at Wyoming United Methodist Church. Then at the Church Conference on March 16 led by our Dover District Superintendent Boyd Etter, the congregation unanimously reaffirmed their commitment to the new church building and the latest details of necessary financing. The hope is that we can move into the new building shortly after Christmas 2008!
