UMC fields a softball team in
the Kent County church softball league. The team manager is John Shoemaker
@ 284-2468. Sign-ups start in late Winter, and practices start in
early Spring. Games are played at several Dover area fields from April
through July. The game schedule
is also on the church calendar.
Golf

A number of folks play golf at nearby
courses from time to time. Each spring, around the end of May, there
is a Wyoming UMC Golf Outing usually held
Jonathan's Landing golf course,
followed by a FEAST prepared by the ladies. Watch for more information
in March. If you want to help with planning the event, or with the
feast, or to sponsor the outing, contact the Church
Office.
